The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University is running some interesting programs teaching  the business leaders of tomorrow through a global lens. Each year, 25 Daytime MBA students consult with social enterprises around the world, for example, giving MBA students real-life learning labs and giving business clients free consulting by students at the cutting edge of business learning. In the Daytime MBA program’s Fuqua Client Consulting Practicum, for example, students learn close-up at places like a start-up in Myanmar and companies in other developing countries. Fuqua also selects a number of CASE (Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship) Fellows from its second-year MBA students who then learn and consult at places like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Talk about getting a world-class education!
